Server4Agent has been accepted into NVIDIA Inception, NVIDIA's program for AI startups. You will see the program's badge in the footer of our site from today.
This post covers what the program is, why we applied, and, because people ask about anything like this, what it does not change.
Quick answer
- What it is: NVIDIA Inception is a free program that, in NVIDIA's words, "guides AI startups through the NVIDIA platform and ecosystem". It has no application fees, no membership fees and no equity requirements.
- What we get: training and technical guidance, cloud credits and preferred pricing on some NVIDIA products, introductions to investors in NVIDIA's network, and help reaching more people.
- What changes for you: nothing about how Server4Agent works. Prices, plans, private-by-default projects and the budget cap are exactly as they were, and membership involves none of your projects or data.
What NVIDIA Inception is
Inception is open to startups that are incorporated, less than ten years old, have a working website and a clear use for NVIDIA technology. Funding stage and revenue are not requirements. NVIDIA lists four groups of benefits for members:
- Training and guidance. Free self-paced technical courses, discounted expert-led workshops, and full access to NVIDIA's developer forums.
- Developer tools and offers. Cloud credits from NVIDIA and its partners, and preferred pricing on selected NVIDIA hardware and software.
- Investor access. Exposure to investors in NVIDIA's venture network through Inception Capital Connect, for eligible members, plus networking events.
- Brand and market reach. Official badges, co-branded social content, and introductions to NVIDIA's global networks.
The details are on NVIDIA's Inception page.
Why we applied
Server4Agent turns a request in a chat into a working tool at a live link. More and more of what people ask their assistants to build does AI work of its own: a digest that summarizes the week's numbers, an intake form that sorts what comes in, a monitor that reads a page and decides whether a change matters. Those tools get better when the people building the platform under them know the AI ecosystem well.
Inception gives us three things we value at this stage:
- Expertise. Direct access to NVIDIA's training and developer community, so we keep learning how to make the AI work inside those tools faster and cheaper.
- Investors. Introductions to investors who already understand AI infrastructure, which shortens a lot of conversations.
- Reach. A way to put Server4Agent in front of teams who are already looking for ways to put AI to work.
What it does not change
It is worth being plain about this, because a badge can suggest more than it means.
- Your projects and data. Inception is a program for us as a company. It involves none of your projects, files or data, and nothing you build is shared with anyone because of it.
- Ownership. NVIDIA takes no equity through Inception. Server4Agent is independent, as before.
- The product. Plans and prices are unchanged. New projects are still private until you choose who can open them, and the account's budget cap still bounds what any assistant can spend.
What comes next
We will write about what we learn on this blog, especially where it makes the tools people build with their assistants faster or cheaper to run. If you are building something with your assistant that leans heavily on AI and want to tell us what would help, get in touch. We read every message.
