These terms govern your use of Server4Agent. By creating an account or using an API key, you agree to them.
The service
Server4Agent provisions and runs servers on your behalf, including for autonomous agents acting under your API keys. You are responsible for the activity performed with your keys, including code your agents run and deploy.
Acceptable use
Don't use the service to host malware, send spam, mine cryptocurrency, attack other systems, or break the law. We may suspend servers that threaten the platform or others, and we isolate untrusted code by default.
Billing
Usage is metered as dollar-denominated credits charged to your account, with a spend cap on each key. You're responsible for usage up to your caps.
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is," without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior month. Questions? legal@server4agent.
